3. Content and Conduct

• Post genuine reviews/opinions; no spam, hate speech, illegal content.
• Social features: Respect others; no harassment.
• We moderate content; may remove violations.
• Grant us license to use your content for platform purposes.

4. Brand/Business Features

Create profiles, post, interact; comply with guidelines; no misleading claims.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP; user content ownership retained, but licensed to us.

6. Prohibited Activities

No hacking, fraud, IP infringement; comply with laws.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

As-is; no warranties; limited liability per Indian law.

8. Termination

We may suspend/terminate/delete for violations.

9. Governing Law

Indian law; jurisdiction in Thane courts.

10. Changes

We notify; continued use accepts.
